Shipping policy

Shipping options of express and standard are typically sent within one business day.

Bulky items: Shipping is calculated after purchase is made.  You will receive an e-mail outlining the cost involved to the address provided.  These items include trolleys, beds and tables.  Furniture have longer shipping times and need a shipping quote for each order to be confirmed after or before checkout for exact pricing. Due to the nature of the bulky items not being able to go through our normal postal channels this may add another business day or 2 to finalize shipping costs.

*Bulky/heavy items are not eligible for our bonus free or Express delivery deals.

Express Post: This option runs through Australia post couriers and has the fastest average turn around time. Delivery time is generally 1-3 business days.  This is our recommended shipping service if you wish to receive your order within this timeframe.

*This timeframe only applies to metropolitan areas, services to rural and country towns can vary.

 **Next business day delivery is only available within the Express Post next business day delivery network. The national next business day delivery network operates between capital cities (excluding Darwin; and for Perth, delivery into the CBD only) and some major centres. Express eParcel is not covered in the Express Post guarantee. 

Parcel Post: Is the standard Australia post shipping method and generally can take 2 to 4 business days depending on your location

Economy Shipping: Is our cheapest method rate using multiple courier companies to give you the best deal. It's ideal for larger items/bulky orders and utilizes primarily StarTrak, Toll, Northline and TNT. Delivery can be a little slower with this service.

Local Delivery: ONLY available to registered Tattoo studios.  If an order is placed to a home address it will be shipped by post instead. Local delivery through our MTS Van delivery service can take up to 2 business days depending on our routes. There is no Local Delivery service on Monday, Wednesday and Friday.

Metrans/Capital Same Day: Delivery requests cut off time is 12pm, please call us if it is an urgent delivery need.

Pick Up: Click and collect orders are available to collect anytime after purchase during business hours. You will need to bring a valid ID that matches the order name/card details used on the order. If we cannot verify your details we will not be able to hand over the order. (no id, no pick up)

Pick up - time limit of 4 weeks to collect the order or the transaction will be cancelled/refunded.

International Shipping Policy:

We are pleased to offer international shipping to many countries around the world. Please note that all international orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees levied by the destination country.

These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the recipient. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be, as customs policies vary widely from country to country.

By placing an international order with us, you agree to pay any applicable customs duties or import taxes imposed by your country. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information on potential charges before placing your order.

If you refuse to pay these charges and the parcel is returned to us, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs and any associated fees.
