Ordering

Can I cancel my order?

Absolutely — we understand that plans can change! If your order hasn’t yet been processed or assigned for shipping, we can cancel it for you. Please contact us as soon as possible, as our fulfillment team moves quickly.

Let me know if you want to adjust the tone (more casual or more formal) or match it to the rest of your FAQ style.

What if I want to speak to someone?

We want to speak to you too! Contact us with any questions, concerns, or feedback. We will be sure to get back to you within 48 hours. However, please note that inquiries sent on Fridays will receive a reply the following Monday, but possibly sooner.

Shipping

What countries do you ship to?

We currently ship to Australia New Zealand and some other countries by request. To enquire about shipping to a different destination, please contact us.

How long will it take to receive my order?

It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 1-2 business day for express or 2-5 business days for standard parcel post to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery and tracking details will be provided in your confirmation email.

I accidently listed the wrong shipping address......

We can update your shipping address if you contact us right away before shipping has been assigned to your order. Once the order has been shipped we can't guarantee we can have the parcel re-directed.
